Hi, I'm Kaela!

Welcome to my portfolio! I am an Instructional Designer based in Denver, Colorado.

Before becoming an Instructional Designer in 2022, I started out as a college biology lab teaching assistant and later a high school anatomy and physiology teacher. It was an unexpected (yet exciting!) journey that brought me to the world of education and I am so glad I've found a home in this industry.

Instructional design has given me the opportunity to use my Master in Education degree, my experience as a classroom teacher, and my lifelong love of design to make a difference in the professional (and sometimes personal) lives of public health professionals.
